Although Malta offers a wide range of fascinating archaeological and architectural monuments, it also boasts a good selection of hotels and conference centres, which are designed to host meetings of various dimensions. Malta’s state of the art facilities and modern technology are the result of its heavy investment in infrastructure, aiming to attract more business tourism and to continue its long-standing and quality tradition of welcoming and hosting foreigners.

Located in the middle of the Mediterranean, Malta offers proximity not only within the country itself, where little time is spent getting from one place to another but flight times from major European gateways are generally no longer than three hours.

Sample Itinerary

Day 1 – Welcome to Malta & Dinner in St. Julians 

  • Arrive at Malta International Airport and transfer to the Three Cities from where your guests will board a privately chartered gullet for a welcome cocktail cruise around the Grand Harbour and its creeks. 
  • The guests will arrive directly at the hotel jetty & will have time at leisure to chill around the pool or enjoy a swim in the sea..
  • In the evening we will depart from the hotel for a delicious fish dinner in St. Julians overlooking Spinola Bay. A variety of freshly caught fish will be available for the guests to indulge in ranging from octopus and swordfish to mussels, clams & other delicacies. 

Day 2 – 360 Water Challenge & Beach Party 

  • Breakfast in the hotel. 
  • Transfer to Malta’s Grand Harbour where today’s challenge begins…guests will brave the elements & get their adrenaline levels charged as they are whizzed around the island in teams of 6 persons each taking part in a relay race. 
  • Guests then spend an evening in a trendy beach set-up where they can relax with cocktails whilst watching the sunset.
  • The beach will be decorated with flickering cabana torches and large bonfires that will cast a glow over the chic set up whilst our chill out tunes create the perfect atmosphere for the guests to unwind in…

Day 3 – Lights, Camera & Action & Gala Night at Palazzo Parisio 

  • Breakfast in the hotel
  • Today your guests are invited to walk into the world of film…Malta has been a popular film location for over 50 years, playing host to major productions on the scale of Troy, Gladiator & Julius Caesarsome of which still have sets left in place.
  • Your guests will have the opportunity to participate in a film production gaining a first hand experience of the steps involved starting with production, direction and scripting, to costumes, hair & make up, sound effects, acting & of course the actual filming.
  • Cast and crew members would have contributed an invaluable part to their blockbuster film which will be screened in the evening. 
  • For this themed evening, the guests will be surprised outside the hotel by beautiful vintage cars to transfer them to the magnificent Palazzo Pariso where they will be treated to a night of glitz glamour.

Day 4 – Departure

  • Breakfast in the hotel. 
  • The guests will depart from the hotel and transfer to Malta International Airport. Should there be time available; a short tour of the capital city can enjoyed prior to transferring to the airport.
